Director of Athlete Performance

Bernardo has worked in Physical Therapy for over 14 years in Arizona and physically active in competitions such Ironman, marathons and all the sport’s world. He graduated as a licensed massage therapist and received numerous certifications such as the reformer one in pilates, Kinetic Chain training. He has been involved in baseball for over 30 years as a player, coach and trainer. He has helped developed several players reached the Majors such as Giovanny Gallegos, Sebastian Valle & Elizalde.

Roman Rubio is the founder of his own sports management agency and the only Mexican born certified agent by Major League Baseball Players Association. Roman was born in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico and raised in San Luis, AZ. He played many sports at the high school and college level and excelled at the sport of baseball, where professional scouts also followed him. Unfortunately, due to injury he could no longer follow his dream of playing professional baseball. Mr. Rubio is an alumnus of Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix where he obtained his Masters of Business Administration. During his college career he gained a great deal of networking and sports management experience with fellow friends and ex-classmates such as UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velazquez, 2 time World and Caribbean series champion MLB pitcher Alfredo Aceves, and other elite athletes. Roman has also broad expertise dealing with televised marketing brands, endorsement and contract negotiations nationwide. Roman Rubio is bilingual in Spanish and English. His mission is to assist the professional athlete with their career goals while playing, planning for their future retirement, and being able to represent them as exemplary players.
